So! 15 lbs Lost! It is August 17th… I am pretty much right on schedule. It took me 4 weeks to lose 15 lbs. I will probably hit my 30 lb goal right around October 1st. I have not been logging my food. I pretty much know what I can eat now. I haven’t started with a regular exercise program yet. I need to purchase some good shoes. I am planning to do that this week. I will then find the time in my schedule to do a regular routine. It will probably be happening right after work since that is the time I have the most energy left in the day. I should post some before and after pics… but, really this is just a sort of diary for me. I’m more interested in people reading my blog about KHJ. He’s my inspiration. I intend to achieve my goals following his formula for succuess. Passion. Hard Work. Focus. He’s such an amazing role model. If you land here… I hope you read those posts. They are much more interesting! HA!
